We represent sellers of privately-held companies in the $750,000 to $50,000,000 value range in the manufacturing, distribution, service, and retail sectors. We also provide business financing and valuation services. We work primarily in the Pacific Northwest and California.

With our combined experience of more than 75 years in mergers and acquisitions, we offer a complete range of skills. Especially key in the current business climate is our ability to finance and structure a sale. Our goal is to maximize after-tax benefits and make the process as easy as possible for the seller.

Salim Dada, President of Concord Ventures and its principal, has been in M&A since January of 1985 in Texas, California, and then Washington State.
