Personal Financial Statement (PFS)

Bankers meeting to consider loan

Bankers meet at several levels to consider a loan application.

To consider you as a buyer for a business, we will also need a PFS in order to review your financial qualifications. Download our PFS form in Excel.. Fax the completed form to our fax number 425-637-0119 or scan and email the PFS to roxanne.r@concordmergers.com.

If you are a private equity firm, we do not need a PFS from you. Instead, we need information about your portfolio of companies, which you can provide by a link in email to the appropriate page of your website. Please email roxanne.r@concordmergers.com

Marketing Packet

Upon approval of your NDA and financial capacity, we will send you the marketing packet for the business that interests you for review.

Buyer with Letter of Intent (LOI) Accepted

We will provide the buyer with an accepted LOI with a user name and password to access detailed documents for the business under consideration from the Advanced Log In page.

Financing the Sale

We provide financing services as part of the sale, which is a great service to both seller and buyer as the vast majority of sales cannot occur without outside financing. We also provide financing services even in transactions in which we do not represent the seller. Please see our Services page.

U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Forms

Many of our sales are financed through the SBA departments of local and regional banks. The current required forms are below:

SBA PFS (Form 413 including instructions)

SBA Statement of Personal History (Form 912)

We will ask the buyer to complete these forms if we will be seeking an SBA loan.

Other SBA Requirements

Along with the completed forms. we will need:

  • Your personal tax returns for the preceding three years
  • If you own a business, your business tax returns for the last three years
  • A resume for each partner involved in the acquisition.
